/opt is in "hard" in the code, but it can sure be possible to change 
for /Applications, more Mac OSX conform ;-)

will give you all, if I'm not wrong
I think this is not necessary. If I understand Kevin's instructions 
correctly (see #i32748#), you (as the installer builder) first have to 
manually install the packages produced by instsetoo_native. Then you 
take the install directory, e.g. /opt/openoffice.org1.9.79, and place 
it inside of Package_contents inside the installer directory.
The actual install location is then set inside of PackageMaker in the 
"Info" tab.
