I just want to correct the perceptions here... While it may be true that the 000112_osx_final.dmg Installer will prompt for Panther CD #3 for X11.app, this is not a issue new to Tiger - many systems shipped with Panther on DVD - I did point this bug out to Ed a long time ago. However once the user has manually installed X11.app, the 000112_osx_final.dmg Installer works fine in Tiger (I just did an install now), and OOo 1.1.2 itself works fine in Tiger (although I have not exhaustively tested it). >under Tiger but so far no 1.1.x is running. Even my and Eric B's >1.1.4 builds don't rund under Tiger. That's your problem <grin>. My build of OOo 1.1.4 works fine in Tiger. >Eric B is currently installing his Mac OS X 10.4 and when he's done >he will start to buid an 1.1.x for Mac OS X Tiger. > >Florian Heckl currently reinstalls his Tiger and tries to build >680_m98 or m99 for Tiger using both gcc 4.0 and gcc 3.3. I would expect some breakage with gcc 4.0 - I appreciate the work being done on this. >Sorry but we got hands on Tiger on Friday so we couldn't begin the >work earlier. Some OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X developers have access to pre-release builds of Mac OS X and Developer Tools, but it is often NDA's that prevent discussion/co-operation. There are other reasons... >Regards, >Eric Hoch Regards, Terry --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
