Would you guys spend some time to check issue 49414? It addresses the
incorrect behavior of drag-fill with merged cell.

Frank claimed that it was fixed in OOo1.1.4 and OOo1.9.106. But I found
the problem still exist in OO.o 2.0 and the latest version.
I believe that my reopening was valid but the later comment frustrated
me little bit. Doesn't my screenshot show the problem well?
