André,
Thank you for your fast response.
You have good points.
Hmmm....checking....
I have to now admit that installation of OO 2.0.4
RC 2 was not 100 % clean as you now instructed.
NEW question:
- is there some combination of keys to create default template ?
- I try to use keys as much as possible and
sometimes there is mistakes when pressing keys.
- I mean that the document opened can be the model for default template.
On the other hand I made so muct RTF tests where
that header was visible in the wrong way.
But how it could be possible to copy from
"wrong" RTF formatted page to template of OO.
Lets go through this step by step with a 100 % clean installation.
>> 0. Install OO 2.0.4 RC 2 - no changes to anything.
>And cleaned up all your user settings ? (e.g. remove the
>~/.openoffice.org2 or %appdata%\OpenOffice.org2)
YES.
1. I removed OO 2.0.4 RC 2
2. then I deleted that folder "openoffice.org2" (WIN XP)
3. then I installed OO 2.0.4 RC 2

>> Page 1: the header is visible
>> Page 2: the header NOT visible

4. Open OO and add those details on the first start up
5. New document is visible
6. INSERT => Header => Default
7. Add some text to header
YES: I can confirm this. Headers are now visible on both pages.
Hmmmmmmmmm..... what the .. [censored] ! ................. strange....
I AM SURE that I never touched to the "Same
content left/right" when I made tests with OO
2.0.3 production version, issues 31621, 33952,
35217, 39540, 46917, 47342, 43833, 49087, 53816,
59345, 55911, 60831, 63306, 64300, 67292, 68385 and 69638.
Especially I DID NOT change the template.

I spent AGAIN some time with testing header
behaviour in Word and OO, issue 67292.
Same problems again than in OO 2.0.3.
That is original issue 67292 in my previous message.
>Please make sure, you really use a clean installation (e.g. no user
>defined default template).
YES. Now I had 100 % clean installation.

But how it could be possible to copy by mistake
from "wrong" RTF/DOC formatted page to the basic template of OO.
I have made so many tests and that the "Same
content left/right" in template may have changed for some reason.
There is no need at this point to add enchancement request to Issuezilla.
I have to keep this unopened until I have more information.
Just claiming that "Same content left/right" is
wrong in template after installation is not enough.
Thank you for you patience of reading these lenghty messages,
