Hi,
AFAIK the tabbed interface extension was implemented at a time where the
author had to pack some libraries with the extension. Some core
functionality needed has been added to a current build of OpenOffice.org
but the original implementation of that tabbed interface extension seems
to be incompatible. The author of that extension might have a look at
his extension if he has time and is willed to do that.
