No. I have searched a good amount across many sites and have found no
spec. However, issue 12686 has a new comment from mba, briefly:
What you can do now is that you can grab the extension from last years
GSOC and
install it into OOo to get the rudimentary tab functionality that now
has been
committed to the master.
However, as I already wrote, that fails unless I misunderstand.
Yes, well I tried this too and couldn't get it too work either. I seem
to recall having read somewhere that the type definitions weren't
implemented correctly. BTW, I never did get it to work.
