I have already referenced issues (10931, 1035, 51564, 2980, the most

That is true and retaining customers is equally important.
Unfortunately, usability problems cause current customers to move to
competing products.

Basically, I am hoping that by being vocal about our problems we will
bring more attention and problems will be fixed.
