Hamburg RE considers *known* build breakers on established platforms
(and yes, OOo on MACOSX is of course an established platform) as stopper
for a CWS. And this is not a new development, we always have so. The
only thing which changed from time to time is the "established platform"
list.

The real problem is, that many build breaker go unnoticed because the RE
team doesn't build on every platform. Tinderbox builds do really help
minimizing the possibilities for such build breaker and if a tinderbox
status is available it should be consulted. The responsibility lies with
the developer, not with the QA team which does not have the means to
solve the problem. A little hinting to an especially dreamy developer
doesn't hurt, though :-)
