[qa-dev] Why Galician Language is not in the "Upload of RC builds" list?

Hi:

I saw in http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease23 that 
galician language is not included in the "Upload of RC builds" (language 
pack) as
it was before. See OOoRelease221 as example.
Can someone explain me the reason?? or if it's just an error, can 
someone fix it???
