You will not get rid of the subscriptions with the old email addresses this way. However, there's an easy trick. Get yourself an mail account at gmail. In the gmail options you can adjust the e-mail address, which is used to send mails. Consequently, you will be able to send unsubscribe-messages with your old e-mail addresses.
