This is absolutely not necessary for unsubscribing.
If your mailprovider doesn't allow sending with another from-address,
you can still unsubscribe another address.

(The welcome mail that is sent when subscribing contains all that info btw)

instead of writing to [EMAIL PROTECTED], send the mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

i.e. replace the @ in your email with a = and add it as part of the address.
Reply to the confirmationrequest that is sent to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (doesn't matter what address is in From, just
use regular reply) and you're unsubscribed.
Same for the other lists.
