So I think we have to reject old RC2 Windows binaries (20090112) in
QATrack and send the new ones, both for binaries with and without JRE.

We have only new builds for Win *with* JRE
Ok, but the filenames for Windows binaries without JRE have been changed
too :
Old (FR) : OOo_3.0.1rc2_20090112_Win32Intel_install_fr.exe
New (FR) : OOo_3.0.1rc2_20090116_Win32Intel_install_fr.exe
