too :

New (FR) : OOo_3.0.1rc2_20090116_Win32Intel_install_fr.exe

yes, this is right for Win without JRE

and for Win *with* JRE
New (FR) : OOo_3.0.1rc2_20090121_Win32Intel_install_wJRE_fr.exe
I tried to do the right entries in qatrack you can see there my entries
