well, then I think that - for some reason - JS gets this information 
wrong. I am using a Germanophone IceWeasel (a.k.a. Firefox) under 
Debian with preferred languages de-DE, de, en-GB and loads of 
others. Interestingly I would get the RPMs, if I click on 
the "Developer Build..." link ... :(
I am neither use a proxy nor any anomizer like TOR ... ;)
