Dear Lihua, I am not quite sure where I am understanding the question, but one can alter the background of text and animate the result. Perhaps what I do is a work-around, but I have attached an example. Instead of using a T (text) use a rectangle or other shape as required. Then you can enter whatever text you like and animate the object using Object Animation.
