Since my result was 136 issues, I had a look at your query and you did
leave the TASK-type issues out. (6 in total with verified and
reopened), so our findings match.

But the big problem is: What the discussion wrt "is it worth to close
verified issues manually" is slightly different.
You would /only/ be interested in issues that were reopened after
being set to verified.

It is quite usual during QA to set an issue to reopened, but those
should not serve the "it is worth to do it" fraction.

Those can be shortened quite a bit when you remove all of the empty
parameters :-)
