Since my result was 136 issues, I had a look at your query and you did leave the TASK-type issues out. (6 in total with verified and reopened), so our findings match. But the big problem is: What the discussion wrt "is it worth to close verified issues manually" is slightly different. You would /only/ be interested in issues that were reopened after being set to verified.
