Hi Rainer,
I've corrected the entries within this issue. From my POV it can stay
like it is now (FEATURE/ENHANCEMENT). As far as I can see the user does
not have advanced access rights but this issue has been submitted by
himself so he's able to change what he submitted.
As it seems, currently permissions are granted very generous, every user
can change Priority, Status, TM, Resolution and other fields. I doubt
that that's a good Idea, Pls see
