as you can see in the issue it's chamged again. It seems the guy is
just waiting for any changes, so that he can revert it like he wants.
Even when he is the submitter, is there no possibility to revoke
permissions?
Afaik, this would only be possible by disabling the user account -
what in fact would mean something like "throw the user out of the
OOo-community" (rather sensitive topic).
Anyway - if the user does not stop to play ping-pong I'd suggest to
ask the council to disable the account.
IMHO his last comment is really shouting for deleting his account. :-(
Same people has too much time. A Idea. We write down the houers who we
spend in the issue and send him the bill ;-)
