this issue is a very extreme example. But new users often need some
time to understand for what the different status fields EXACTLY are,
and so we have to spend little, but annoying time to clean up such
misunderstandings. I believe access to fields Status, Priority, Target
Milestone should only be granted for Uses with some IZ Experience -
and Cool maturity ;-)
For Issue 107456 I recommend "don't feed the troll".
