Maybe it would be ok to have a set of (4?) slogans to choose from - people would them have the freedom to be fun or purposeful.
I'm not sensing much of a groundswell around any of the slogans thus far and I think the different approaches both have value. We already have a product brand in the name Apache Qpid and almost a logo - so we are uniform in other ways. Vive La Difference (apologies to Arnaud for any disgraceful spelling here !)
