I'm not aware of anyone actively maintaining the 0-10 .net client code
at the moment, and so I'm very grateful that Julien has taken an
interest in doing so.  I was going to take a look over the patch, but
don't have a .net environment set up presently - so you're probably in
a better position to do so Ted.
