@astitcher Agreed. I'll go with what's here now, but I'll fill Jira with your recommendations. There are three things that I have my eyes on about Python binding: type annotations, cffi, and build and release. Sadly I haven't been able to do much about either in the time I am thinking about. I'll try to actually make some progres for 0.38. (And there is something about types that I really should probably do for 0.37: fix annotations for `socket.socket` and run mypy on dispatch tests that are using proton python, to see what happens.) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
