I make that 10 +1s for all removals, with no objections... in the
interests of keeping the release moving, I'd like to call this vote
closed and note that we have agreed to remove those artefacts from the
published list.
I will also commit the change to the Downloads page and Chuck was going
to update some developer docs accordingly.
