I think they would still stay on the same rough release cycle. The way I see it, the language binding packages would have an explicit dependency on the version of qpid-cpp that spawned it. I would be afraid of getting into a situation where, like with a Perl module, we start tracking the list of versions for which a binding (or the related package) is compatible. -- Darryl L.
