There are a number of files needing attention in the cpp, doc, and java
trees. Many of the latter ones were flagged for 0.24, so we must have only
fixed them on the branch and not on trunk.
I will look at getting the doc and java trees fixed tomorrow, if someone

QPID-VERSION.txt is a problem, its used by scripts that extract the version
number.
I see a couple other files that might be tricky, I'll make a list when I'm done
fixing the easy ones.
Always nice to start the day with a quick shot of instant gratification from an
easy task :)
