I notice there havent been any LICENSE file updates yet, I think some will be
required for these changes (perhaps even NOTICE changes too). Is that something
you are still working on?
(Fortunately your tidy-up commit make it a far less difficult looking task than
the earlier commits suggested it was going to be! :))
