my connection factory url looks like as below
connectionfactory.qpidConnectionFactory=amqps://<fullyqualified host
name>?amqp.idleTimeout=150000&jms.username=<SharedAccessKeyName>&jms.password=<SharedAccessKeyValue>
While I am successfully able to connect this Azure service Bus using QPID 0.32
