So basically all the messages received on this AMQP Connection , are having
below tags and value.
<JMSRedelivered dt="boolean">1</JMSRedelivered>
<JMSXDeliveryCount dt="i4">N</JMSXDeliveryCount>
Where N is greater than 0 and Maximum value is 10.
