When the connectors open, a flood of messages cannot arrive from the broker
because there are no links yet. The creation/configuration of the autoLinks
(direction in and out) is what allows the broker to send the messages to the
router over the autoLinks. autoLink addresses by themselves are not synched
between the routers.
