   I always feel uneasy about the 'opportunistic' tests that run when they can 
and skip themselves if they cannot. What guarantees that the test is being run? 
It is so easy to not run it by accident. And getting a list of skipped tests 
from ctest (for review) is probably doable, but I never saw it done.
