I've been doing more research on this topic. When I read the instructions on
license and notices, it talks about updating them for distributions. I'm
wondering if this is something that should be done when our Quarks community is
ready to do a release. I can update the licensing based on the distributions
that were done on Github for now, or we can address it when we start a release
discussion and have a release candidate. If we decide to provide a source code
download, I think someone will need to update the licenses for that.
My recommendation is that we hold on this until a release discussion starts.
At that time, I will be happy to volunteer to update the licensing based on the
release package.
