@fateh288 - hirearchical permissions are *not* added in
`RangerOzoneAuthorizer`. You seem to suggest that Ozone already adds necessary
hieracrchical grants while translating `IAMPolicy` to `AssumeRoleRequest`. If
yes, do you see need for any changes in `RangerOzoneAuthorizer`?
