[~aneela], I can see the following two users sync'ed in. Can you go to
RangerAdmin -> Settings -> Users/Groups and see whether the below users are
present there?

user count: 1, userName: aneela, groupList: []

Which means, your user mappings are correct. Are there groups associated with
this users?
