Even-though I'm not absolutely sure about that, I believe that to log in to
Ranger Admin console, you have to use an internal user or a user that have
admin rights on Ranger.
It is actually something implemented in order to avoid that any user can log
into the console and manage rights as they're pleased, but I'll let [~bosco]
confirm this.
