Hi Yaolong, Thanks a lot for volunteering to do the release! Let's also include RATIS-1730. I am at the airport waiting for a flight. Will go through the JIRA list in the master branch to see if there are any bug fixes we should include. In the meantime, we may start rolling thirdparty 1.0.3.
