Besides RATIS-1708 / RATIS-1726 / RATIS-1729 / RATIS-1730, I think we should also include RATIS-1717, it is an improvement on heap memory usage of young-gen. Also, it would be great if we can include RATIS-1734. 1734 allows state machine to decide its snapshot install path. It is WIP, and I will submit a PR soon. What do you think?
