[~mfranklin], Maybe a little off topic here but something I think we should do
is refactor how Shindig works anyway. I'd argue we need to find a way to embed
Shindig inside the same webapp as the Rave backend for security reasons (and
simplicity). Then there can be configs to turn it on or off instead of
deployment steps.
