I am not sure there is a really good way to do this at the moment. The only
thing that comes to mind as an ugly workaround is to replace the placeholder
for the osapi path in requireConfig.js with the path to an OpenAjaxHub
implementation.
Separating API from Front End will make many of these concerns obsolete.
