For whatever reason, the callbacks do not get hit when require(depArray,
fnSuccess, fnFail) gets called.
That is why the jasmine spec is failing.
Thinking through this more, it might make more sense to require openajax hub
directly and omit it from the list of Shindig provided libs. This will of
course require a lot of regression testing.
