Dear Justine, Thank you for kindly pointing this out.
We hold regular weekly meetings on Zoom, open to all interested contributors. Our current meeting time is on Mondays from 3-5pm PST. Of course, there are more specialized meetings throughout the week that are organized among smaller teams focusing on a particular project. However, once a week, we all gather to discuss all the active projects. *Zoom:* https://ucdavis.zoom.us/j/95534430002?pwd=pLKg4fgf58lI7bZ6Ai17nP4u5YRM5Z.1 What do you think is the best way to communicate and promote these meetings, which 10-15 contributors often attend? Would you like us to send a weekly reminder before our meeting and meeting minutes after? In our latest release, we have consolidated our tools and ecosystem, which is the current focus of development, into our central repository. This will bring additional visibility to all the tasks that are being carried out. --- Best Regards, Mohammad Sadoghi, PhD Associate Professor Exploratory Systems Lab (ExpoLab) Department of Computer Science University of California, Davis ExpoLab: https://expolab.org/ Apache ResilientDB (Incubating): https://resilientdb.com/ Phone: 914-319-7937 On Tue, Oct 7, 2025 at 2:01 AM Justin Mclean <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > Thank you for your report, but it would be helpful if you provided more > detail "Grow the community by facilitating more applications being built on > ResDB." is not something that is a blocker to graduation. > > You need to include more details than "Regular meeting continues every > week."
