HI,

>From an open-source best-practice perspective, I’d suggest a few small
>improvements that can help make these meetings more discoverable and inclusive
>for all contributors:

- Announce meetings on the dev@ lis several days or a week in advance, ideally
using a consistent subject line such as “Weekly Community Meeting –
[Date/Time/Link].”
- Publish meeting notes or summaries to the same list afterward so contributors
who can’t attend still stay informed.
- Keep discussion and decisions on the list rather than only in the meeting,
that ensures transparency and maintains the project record.
- Add meeting details to your project website or README so newcomers can easily
find how to participate.
- Rotate or review the time periodically to make it accessible across time
zones.

You might also want to consider that Zoom is the best platform for this, but
not everyone can use Zoom as it is blocked in some countries.

Best regards,
Justin
