Bruce, Just so I'm clear. The message above you're referring to the automated reminder email? It gets sent under my name since I hit the button that runs it. Its on my todo to automate this w/ infra and puppet.
I do want to make sure its clear the expectation is that your submitted report is placed on the incubator's wiki, specifically at this page: https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/January2017 You'll notice a section for RocketMQ's report. Podling reports are submitted under the IPMC's monthly report.
