We intend to vote on dev@rocketmq firstly, then vote on general@inucabtor.
Do you mean we don't need vote on dev@rocketmq?

Actually, we can't push artifacts to Nexus repo[1] so far, so we plan to
perform a source-only release, then deploy to maven central. Do we have
another way to release the binary?
