Hi, One option you might want to look into is using this [1] and using maven to build the site and auto publish when changes are made in GitHub via jenkins. We’re doing this on the PLC4X incubating project [2] (so it’s still a work in progress), it's not using markdown but is using asiidoc which is quite simple and similar in concept [3] which GitHub also supports.
