Hi Alex, No it didn't because that's actually not the way you usually do something like that. Usually you release the tools you need to release before you start the release process of the main project.
Just in PLC4X we're gonna release our plc4x-maven-plugin in the next days so we can use the released version in the official PLC4X release. Mixing things just makes it messy.
