Spark Skins should be working in Spark Containers.
It should be possible for Spark Skins to work in Spark Controls if someone
needs it and volunteers do the work.
AIUI, MX didn't really have a skinning model but you could customize the way it
looked with CSS and sometimes with overrides.
If you have existing code that customized the MX look in Flex, what did it look
like? Maybe we can emulate that.
You can make adjustments in CSS to change the MX look in Royale but there may
be bugs that need to be fixed.

For sure, if you have time and want to create a more modern look to your Royale
migration, go with Jewel. AIUI, you can also choose MaterialDesignLite and
even Spectrum as alternatives.

I think sooner or later someone make Emulation Components beautiful. I hope
there will appear on horizonts client who would pay to make it happen. Even
if it maybe more work he will still benefits cause his code will be
migrated to JS without so much changes.
