So, the summary of Mathias' comment on this is that, Calc (and Impress)
depends on some settings (page settings I assume?) that are stored as
part of the larger "printer information" data.  Thus, removing this
"printer information" from the document would introduce additional
complication.

We probably need to find out what exactly Calc relies on before even
talking about modifying this behavior, I guess.
