Ok I updated sdap.xml to reflect the project's status as best I could.

- Added releases to the News section
- Updated table for mailing lists, source repos, mentors, and committers 
- Added dates in the Copyright and Verify distribution rights sections. 
(Replaced ....-..-.. with today's date)

It's been committed but I guess we have to wait for the data and sites to be 
rebuilt...
