[~lewismc] Hey, I'm going to need the python3-dev (python3 development tools)
in order to build UserALE.PyQt5. Is there any way for developers to install
packages via apt-get without sudo privielges in Jenkins?
sudo apt-get install python3-dev # for python3.x installs
