I would like to propose the name “Drifter" as in a someone who comes and goes 
almost by change. We track people as they drift
in and out of webpages, and as they drift across the page. Doesn’t result in 
any *exact* hits for
marks on USPTO—only one other mention under IC 009, but is a video game.

The proposed name would therefore be Apache Drifter (Incubating)
